With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James J. O'Brien (East Providence, Rhode Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James J. O'Brien. He is survived by: his mother Margaret O'Brien (Stutzer); his children, Meghan O'Brien of Sharon, MA, Caitlin O'Brien of Sharon, MA, Shannon O'Brien of East Providence and James P. O'Brien of East Providence; his grandchildren, Sophia Medeiros, John Medeiros and Lucas Melter; and his sisters, Elizabeth O'Brien Dodge of Oakland, CA and Nancy O'Brien of East Taunton, MA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
