He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel S. Goulart and Maria F. Goulart (Escobar); and his siblings, Suzanne Goulart-Ennis (Edward Ennis, Jr.), Steven M. Goulart (Dale), Robert Goulart, Michael Goulart (Jolene) and Jamie MacMillian. He was also cherished by three nephews and one niece.
