O'Brien (Rocha); his children, James E. O'Brien (Wendy), Donna M. Hughes, Pauline H. Medeiros, Deborah J. O'Brien, Michael J. O'Brien, Robert T. O'Brien (Tracy) and Tracy A. O'Brien; and his siblings, Judith Mickelson, Emma L. Clark and Shirley Westgate.

In lieu of flowers contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142 would be appreciated.
