He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. O'Hare Sr. and Gertrude Blais (Chatterton); and his brother Timothy O'Hare. He is survived by: his spouse Jetty-Ann O'Hare (Dall); his children, Leslie O. Strolla (Thomas) of Barrington, Jamie O. Priolo (Dennis) of Barrington and Michael D. O'Hare (Martha) of Portsmouth; and his brother Peter Blais of Attleboro. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
