He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Foster (Perry); his parents, William Foster and Mildred Foster (Wilmeth); his daughter Colleen Braz; and his siblings, Herschell, Herman, Helen and Hildred Foster.
He is survived by: his daughter Doreen Braz (Frank Perrotta) of Riverside; his grandchildren, Cameron Chabot, Bethany and Brittany Cabral (Kevin Veyera); his daughter Peyton; his great grandchildren, Alexia Cabral, Amaiya Nesbit, Axton Lozano and Abrianna Lozano; his sisters, Hazel Foster-Rowland and Hope Foster; his niece Cindi Foster-Green; and his great-nephews, Sean and Christopher Green.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
