He was predeceased by: his wife Maria E. Pinheiro (Escobar); his parents, Antonio Leonilda and Maria Leonilda; and his brother Jose Pinheiro. He is survived by: his children, Paula M. Francis (Gordon) and Thomas F. Pinheiro (Lisa); his grandsons, Spencer D. Francis, Noah T. Pinheiro and Dylan T. Pinheiro; his sister-in-law Liduina Pinheiro; and his siblings, Manuel Pinheiro, Antonio Pinheiro, Henrique Pinheiro and Maria Castro.
