He is survived by: his spouse Leonilda "Lee" Moreira (Brum); his children, Frank Moreira, Jr. of Riverside, Lisa Moreira of Washington, DC and Nancy Williams (Mark Williams); his grandson Christopher Ian Williams of Warwick; and his brother Antonio P. Moreira of Riverside.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frank's memory may be made to St. Francis Xavier Church.
