He was predeceased by: his parents, John Penacho and Mary Penacho (Ledo); and his brother Alfred Penacho. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Penacho of Seekonk, Dorothy Sousa of Warren, Janice Cordeiro of Seekonk, Joseph Penacho, John Penacho, Lester Penacho, Mary Motta and Rose Guglielmo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
