It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Slade of East Providence, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Slade; her parents, John Trinidad and Mary Clara Trinidad (Viera); her husband Georgian; and her brother John E. Trinidad of Attleboro, Mass..
She is survived by: her close friend Marc W. Kohler of East Providence; her children, Earl D. Slade (Tina) of Pawtucket and Linda Afflick (Bob) of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and her stepgranddaughter Shannon McMillan of North Smithfield.
