She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert M. Pacheco; her parents, Manuel Joaquin and Mary Joaquin (Zora); and her sister Anna Silva. She is survived by: her children, Denise P. Martin of Warwick, Wayne G. Pacheco of Sedalia and Stephen J. Pacheco of East Providence; and her siblings, Louise Santos Faria, Mary DeMattos, Claire Thornley, Rose Klek, Arlene Simmons, Joseph, Anthony, John and Manuel Joaquin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
