She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace R. Guay; and her parents, John McCormick and Mary McCormick (Coyle). She is also survived by her godson, several cousins and many close friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (984 Taunton Ave, Seekonk, MA 02771).
