She was predeceased by: her husband James C.; her parents, John Costa and Olive Costa (Enos); and her brother Edward T. Costa. She is survived by: her children, Richard J., Karen Oliveira (Norbert) of East Providence and Susan Zeitler (John) of Bristol; her granddaughter Christine M. DeMelo (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Mason and Olivia DeMelo.
