She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Turbit and Margaret McNamara (Harrigan); her children, Courtney Petter of Rutland, MA and Gerald D. "Carter" Petter, Jr. of Seekonk; and her daughter-in-law Kristen Canty.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church (385 Central Ave, Seekonk, MA 02771).
