He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian N. Leonard (Payne); his parents, Gilbert F. Leonard and Frances M. Leonard (Kelly); and his sisters, Barbara E. Zanghi and Doreen M. Morency.
He is survived by: his children, David E. Leonard of Riverside and Jessica W. Leonard of Louisiana.
