He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Duarte and Maria Duarte (Ceu Pinheiro); his son Mike Duarte; and his brother Jose Alberto Duarte. He is survived by: his spouse Guilhermina Duarte (Machado); his sons, Victor Duarte (Sara) of Riverside and David Duarte (Lesa) of Rumford; his grandchildren, Courtney, Mathew, Alyssa, Haylee, Mikeyla, Jacob, Derek, Avery and Alexis; his great grandchildren, Cayden, Javisyn, Jeremiah, Ja Mire and Hunter; and his siblings, Maria Odete Oliver, Maria Paulina Duarte Silva, Jose Leopoldino Duarte and Liberio Isidro Duarte. He is also survived by Many nieces, Nephews and cousins.
