She was predeceased by: her husband George Bettencourt; her parents, Arthur Weston and Alma Weston (Brissette); her son Stephen G. Bettencourt; and her siblings, Beatrice Gentes and Arthur E. Weston Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Carol L. Gouveia of Warwick, Paul N. Bettencourt (Nancy Parkinson) of Nashua, NH, Gene D. Bettencourt (Dotty) of Sutton, MA and James E. Bettencourt (Lori) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Tracy, Michael Jr., Jodi, David, Haley, Landon, Kyle, Kristen, Jaime, Gregory, Ryan, Lauren, Matthew, Samuel, Molly and Brian Sr.; and her daughters-in-law, Susan Bettencourt and Donna McCarten. She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
