She was predeceased by: her husband Edward P. Morando; her parents, Armour Burgess and Ethel M. Burgess (Chick); and her siblings, Esther Lacey, Geneva Bragg and Russell Burgess.
She is survived by: her children, Edward S. Morando (Anne), Rudy J. Morando (Ann), Catherine R. Scanlan (Dempsey Scanlan), Donna M. Harkins (Patrick), Virginia A. Viens (Robert) and Elizabeth M. McShera (John). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
