She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eby and Margaret Eby (Reynolds); and her brother William Eby Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Stephen T. Tortis; her son Jonathon T. Tortis of Seekonk, MA; and her sister Virginia Reed of Riverside. She is also survived by one nephew and three nieces.
