He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Joseph Fortunato and Rita Mary Graham. He is survived by: his wife Santa Ventimiglia; his children, Stephen, Giacomo (Allyssa Fortunato) and Laura (David Johann); his brothers, Stephen and Chris; and his siblings-in-law, Luca Ventimiglia and Maria Ventimiglia.
