He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Pettis; and his brothers, Francisco Rezendes and Duane Rezendes. He is survived by: his wife Brianna L. Rezendes (James); his mother Shelia Rezendes; his children, Julie Ruiz, Trinity Rezendes, Brook Rezendes, Samantha Gill, Sofia Wood, Donovan and Jayziel Rezendes; and his siblings, Dawn Perry, Yolanda Greene (Danian), Stefanie Morgan and Derrick Rezendes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
