She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. O'Brien and Edith M. O'Brien (Clarke); her sibling David O'Brien; and also Kathleen O'Brien. She is survived by: her spouse David Lema; her children, Dina M. Lema, Denise M. Lema, Danielle M. Lema, David Lema of East Providence, Michael Lema of East Providence and Steven Lema of East Providence; her grandchildren, Thomas, Xavier, Nyia, Joshua, Maddox and Braxtyn; her great grandchild Baby Rui; her half-brother Scott O'Brien; and her siblings, Caren Moroney, Meredith Sankey, Virginia Wood, Barbara Muzzy, Gail Romano and Robert O'Brien.
