He is survived by: his wife Silvana Costa (Narciso); his sons, Cristiano Costa Jr. of East Providence and Stephen Costa of East Providence; his grandchildren, Mason Costa, Kendrick Costa and Olivia George; and his sisters, Dourtiana Souza of Providence, Lucia Couto of East Providence, Olinda Ferreira of East Providence and Dolores Couto of Johnston.
