She was predeceased by: her spouse Evaristo Botelho DaCosta; her parents, Joao Silva and Maria Conceicao Silva (Rego); her son Jose Francisco Botelho; her grandson Paul Botelho; and her brothers, Jose Silva and Jaime Silva.

She is survived by: her children, Conceicao Alves (late Eduardo) of Sao Miguel, Azores, Graca Aguiar (Dimas) of Sao Miguel, Joseph Botelho (Lucia) of Rehoboth, Maria Botelho of Cranston, Helena Gamez of Warwick and Evaristo Brian Botelho (Margaret) of Scituate; and her siblings, Manuel Silva of Rehoboth, Joao Silva of Canada and Germana Machado of East Providence. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
