Taylor (East Providence, Rhode Island), born in Wakefield, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 17, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reels and Theresa Leona Reels (Jordan); and his brother Leonard Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Sheila M. Taylor of Cranston, Julie Ann Taylor of Providence and Clifford "Smiley" Taylor, Jr. of Providence; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Santos of Cranston and John Santos of Providence; and his siblings, Albert Taylor of West Greenwich, William Taylor, George Taylor, Lawrence Taylor, Thomas Taylor, Charles Reels, Victor Reels, Oscar Reels, Elmer Reels, James Reels, Jr., Paul Miller, Irene Miller Allen and Lois Reels Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
