Clementina A. Chaves Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clementina A. Chaves (East Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eduardo Medeiros Chaves; her parents, João Augusto of Almeida and Maria Isabel of Medeiros Pires; and her brother Everett Almeida. She is survived by: her son Charles Chaves PhD; her daughter-in-law Lucy; her children, Coralia Braga (Luis) and Eduardo M. Chaves; her grandchildren, Julie, Marc, Sarah, Kortney, Erika and Andrea; her great grandchildren, Bruce, Reese, Kenneth, Maia and Nemesio; and her siblings, Maria of Lurdes Vincent, João of Almeida and Margarida Alecrim.
Because of COVID restrictions place upon the Chaves family burial must be private.
