She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Coite, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Elsie Masi (Gonsalves) of East Providence; her husband Len; her sister Shirley Ann Mendonca (William) of Seekonk; her nieces, Michelle Shaw (Brian) and Melanie Gouveia (Sean); her nephew Mark Mendonca (Keri); her in-law Maryann Kennedy (John); her cousin Edward Gonsalves; and also Douglas. She is also survived by two great-nephews, two great-nieces, and one great-great niece.
