He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. Vermette (Murphy); his children, Charles E. "Chip" Vermette (Jill), Kerri L. Vermette, Beth A. Vermette and Kelley P. Champagne (Mark); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kiley, Katie, Sarah, Nick, Meaghan and Allie.
