He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marguerite Rocha (Martineau); his parents, Charles B. Rocha, Sr. and Evelyn Rocha (Travers); his daughter Stephanie J. Monigan (Edward C. Monigan III); his grandson Edward C. Monigan IV; and his sisters, Karen Rocha Tavares, Evelyn Pearcey, Nancy Flanagan and Jane Rocha-DeMelo.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center for the Love, Compassion and Kindness given to our family during our time there.
