He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara J. Manning (Fisher). He is survived by: his father Charles A. Manning, Sr.; his son Charles R. Manning; and his siblings, Debra J. Francis (Robert), Kevin Manning and James Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
