He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Balzano and Jennie Balzano (Malafronte); and his brother John Balzano. He is survived by: his children, Michael Balzano (Brenda) of Bristol, Susan Balzano of Bristol and Joanne Balzano of East Greenwich; his granddaughters, Katie Balzano and Jessica Reynolds; his brother Frank "Dodo" Balzano; his sister-in-law Barbara Balzano; his stepsons, David Kachel (Charlene) and Michael Kachel (Angie); and his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Kachel, Sara Kachel, Jennie, Brett, Destiny, Jordan and Christian.
