"Skip" Botelho, Jr. of Medford and Michael A. Botelho of North Kingstown; her grandchildren, Kayla Lee Botelho of East Providence and Scott N. Johnson of East Providence; and her sister Barbara M. Blomstedt of Rehoboth.
