He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley E. Cook (Cardoza); and his parents, Joseph Cook and Clara Cook (Morris). He is survived by: his children, Sheila E. Tucker (Cook) of Townsend, Del and Stephen E. Cook of Arlington.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
