She was predeceased by: her husband A. Louis Rosenstein; her sister Mildred Feld; and her parents, George Frank and Sarah Frank (Lazofsky). She is survived by: her children, Betsy R. Franklin of Boston and Michael J. Ross of West Roxbury, MA.
She was also an advisory board member of the first annual First Night Providence, Inc.
Mrs. Rosenstein was a member of the Rhode Island Bicentennial Foundation.
