She is survived by: her daughter Monique Headen of East Providence; her grandchildren, Zachary Hazard, Elaina Headen, Rahkeem Headen and Yah-Nel Jones; her great grandchildren, Isys Dunphy, Sarai Dunphy, Isaiah Johnson and Kyella Rose; and her sisters, Ivy Copeland, Joanne Crim, Vickie Richardson and Gail Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
