He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Tobin (Lawrence); his children, Michael Tobin of Apollo Beach, FL, Matthew Tobin (Kristin) of Lakeville, MA, Brian Tobin (Bill Short) of Mount Washington, MA, Laura Mercer of Rehoboth and Jason Tobin (Lynne Sabourin Chernasky) of Burrillville; his grandchildren, Abigail Tobin, Drury Mercer and Lily Mercer; and his brother Roland Tobin.
