She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Bowen; her parents, John Foster and Hortense Foster (Amaral); and her sisters, Delores Flynn and Ruth Prosper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth, Lisa, Gail and Kara. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Making a Difference Arleene's career included service as the Director of the Eastbay Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Arleene's memory may be made to St. Francis Xavier Church or Hope Hospice.
