He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Custodio and Deolinda Custodio (Victoria); and his brother Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Maria Jose Custodio (Bravo); his children, Arminda Simas (Jose) of Bristol, R. I. and Antonio A. Custodio of North Attleboro, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Ashley Gay (Peter), Nicholas Custodio, Andrew Custodio and Alexander Custodio; his great grandchildren, Rebecca Gay, Riley Gay, Aiden Gay, Patrick Gay and Tiago Custodio; and his siblings, Jose, Elurito, Moises, Dinis and Maria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
