He was predeceased by: his parents, Agostinho Carvalho and Maria Carvalho (Batista); and his son Daniel Carvalho. He is survived by: his wife Maria Carvalho (Ruivo); his daughter Sofia Dennen (Jeffrey) of Glocester, RI.; his siblings, Carlos Carvalho (Florbela) and Rosa Carvalho (Jose); his mother-in-law Maria Santos of East Providence; his siblings-in-law, Diego and Regina Jones; his nieces and nephews, Marlene, Andreia, Taylor and Jordan; and his grandchildren, River and Sebastian Dennen.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rebello Funeral Home & Crematory (901 Broadway, East Providence, RI 02914). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Church (21 Traverse St, Providence, RI 02903). A committal service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (550 Wampanoag Trl, Riverside, RI 02915).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Samaritans of Rhode Island, 67 Park Pl, Pawtucket, RI 02860, in memory of his son Daniel.
