It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna D. Cruz of East Providence, Rhode Island, born in Bristol, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Cruz; her parents, John Duarte and Mary Duarte (Barboza); her son Brian Cruz; her stepdaughter Joyce Peno; and her sisters, Lydia Miranda and Christine Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Fredette (Michael) of East Providence and Paul Cruz of Florida; her daughters-in-law, Sheri Cruz and Louise Cruz; her stepsons, Joseph Dean of New Jersey and Alvin Wyatt Dean (Deveda) of New Jersey; and her sister Hilda VanFossen of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
