She is survived by: her children, David Pereira, Ann Marie Pereira and Jennifer Pereira; her siblings, Maria Lurdes Oliveira Sousa of Quebec, Joann Martini of Waterbury and Joao Oliveira of Providence; her grandson Robert J. Pereira; and her siblings, Cesinando Melo and Mary Joseph Oliveira. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
