Forsythe of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Potter and Margaret Potter (Murray). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas N. Forsythe of East Greenwich; her daughters, Heather M. DeCiccio (Alex) and Jaclyn E. McMenamy (Kevin); her grandchildren, Greyson, Sawyer DeCiccio and Crew McMenamy; and her siblings, Robert Potter, Stephen Potter and Margaret Fish.
