He was predeceased by: his wife Lois A. (Baille); his parents, Clifton B. Osborne and Signe E. Osborne (Greenlund); and his sister Barbara Lesowski. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey A. Osborne of West Warwick; his cousin Arline Gilpin of Woonsocket; and his wife's children, Cathy A. Devine (David), Pamela J. Shue (William) and Dana C. Reid (Cheryl).
