She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Falvey and Joanne Falvey (Collins). She is survived by: her husband James L. O'Hara; her daughters, Erin, Kaitlin and Meghan; her sons-in-law, Andrew and Oliver; her granddaughters, Riley and Quinn; and her sister Karen Kelley (Falvey). She is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.
