He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean M. Zwolinski (Casey); his parents, John Zwolinski and Helen Zwolinski (Valley); his son Robert A. Zwolinski; and his siblings, John and Lorraine.

He is survived by: his sons, Normand J. Zwolinski, David M. Zwolinski and Troy N. Zwolinski; his sister Lillian Pease; and his child Jordan J. Zwolinski. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
