She was predeceased by: her husband F. Richard Westell, Jr.; her parents, Miles Pilon and Bessie Pilon (Humphries); her son Edward; and her grandson Timothy.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen (Stephanie), Robert (Deborah), David (Diane Ryan) and James; her daughter-in-law Jane; her grandchildren, Michael, Brian (Amy), Robert (Christine) and Jennifer Roffo; her stepgrandsons, Joseph, Peter and David Martelly; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Ella, Charlie and Avery.
