She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynford Richardson and Edith Richardson; her husband Milton R. Tarbox; her son Steven Donald Hazard; her former husband Raymond Donald Hazard; and her stepson Milton Tarbox, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Lesley Radocy (Robert); her stepdaughter Marilyn Gadoury (Stephen); her daughter-in-law Ellen Bradley; and her grandchildren, Jamie LaRose (Mike), Rachel Gerken (Tim), Amy Antonelli (Michael), Sarah Chatell, Stephen Gadoury and Nicole Wissinger. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
