He was predeceased by: his wife Joan M. Salisbury (Lonczak); his parents, Frank L. Salisbury and Martha J. Salisbury (Maxwell); his son Robert F. Salisbury; and his brother Harold L. Salisbury (Former).
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra A. Salisbury Desjarlais and Linda J. Wilson; and his sister Esther M. Taylor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
