She is survived by: her son Wayne; her significant other Tim Casala; her father Ronald Headen; her sisters, Gwen Oppert and Erin Jones; her nephews, Tim, Andrew, Kiernan, Rhys and Giovanni; and her grandchildren, Aliyah, Lincoln, Hudson and Hazel.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
