He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Zito and Angela Antonia Zito (DeLuca); his stepmother Carmela Zito; his siblings, John, Ralph, Felix, Frank, Edward, Thomas and Maria; and his wife Barbara Zito (Gilkenson).
He is survived by: his sons, Joe (Nancy) of East Greenwich, Mike of Darien, CT and Tom (Hope) of Rockaway, NJ.; his grandchildren, Mark (Sarah), TJ (Danielle), Jenna (Alex) and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Simone Michelle and Thomas Joseph; his stepdaughter Gretchen Williams (Dan); and his stepgrandchildren, Daniel and Thomas.
