She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph N. Bailey and Evelyn M. Bailey (Smith); and her sister Gwendolyn Hart. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph, William, Mildred, Walter "Bob" Bailey, Muriel Kissinger and Ruth Waterman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
